Giovanna is a graduate of the Medical Aesthetics Diploma Program at Canadian Beauty College. She is your go-to person for facials, peels, skincare advice, and more! Giovanna is looking forward to helping you reach your skin goals.
In her words: “Growing up, I loved giving my family and friends at-home spa days. As my passion for skincare grew as I got older, I knew I wanted to make it my career. It brings me joy to be able to make clients feel good about their skin. I am so happy to be a part of the family at Bertucci MedSpa.
Outside work I love to do Pilates and go on walks as a form of self-care. I also enjoy spending time listening to music and painting.”
As a graduate of Sheridan College’s Practical Nursing program, Angela has been with Bertucci MedSpa since 2020. Her roles include assisting Dr. Bertucci, consulting with patients and performing injectables, such as hyperhidrosis, PRP and sclerotherapy.
In her words: “I found my passion for skin care and beauty in nursing school. Since graduating, I have taken many courses to further my education, helping me provide patients with treatment plans to achieve their goals and feel their best. The best part of my job is seeing patients smile and glow with confidence after their treatments. Outside the office, I am a very adventurous person who loves the outdoors and exploring new hiking trails.”
Allison started her career at Bertucci MedSpa as a Paramedical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Her current role consists of consulting on various cosmetic treatments, as well as assisting Dr. Bertucci. As she has been with the clinic since 2003, her rapport with the patients makes her a welcome face at the clinic. Allison’s pride and joy are her 2 young children, and spending time with her family is one of her favorite activities outside of the office.
In her words: “I strive each and every day to help our clients and patients find their inner smiles, which is the true key to beauty. My purpose is to help you connect with what is beautiful from the inside-out. Using my clinical expertise, I help you formulate a treatment plan that will assist you in achieving your goals.”
Rosie has been working with Dr. Bertucci since 2006. As head receptionist, she’s friendly and knowledgeable in helping patients book their injectable and aesthetic treatments.
In her words: “I have many passions! I have always loved art and music. By following my heart, I realized that I enjoyed being around people and seeing them happy. I also like medicine and the difference it can make. I am fortunate to work with Dr. Bertucci because I get the best of all my worlds. I love coming to work to help patients feel better about themselves and see the smiles on their faces after a treatment. I assist patients by educating them about treatments we offer and supporting them through their decision-making process. I feel privileged to be a member of the incredible team that is Bertucci MedSpa.”
Alba has been the office clerk here at Bertucci MedSpa Alba has been working at Bertucci MedSpa since 2011. She loves working with her colleagues and learning with them on a daily basis. Working with leaders in the cosmetic dermatology industry has made her aware of the vast array of excellent treatment options available to maintain healthy-looking skin.
In her words: “I grew up in a structured home where mistakes were rare and detail was extremely important. I’ve always admired these wonderful traits in my dad, and I apply them to my everyday experiences, especially at work. Helping to create a smooth and accurate flow of information for both our patients and doctors gives me a sense of personal satisfaction. I like to make a difference.
“By providing the doctor with accurate patient information, I’m able to help patients receive the best possible care at Bertucci MedSpa. I enjoy my work and take pride in what I do.”
Having a long history in customer service, Nicole strives to make sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door. With her knowledge of different products and services, she will make sure you book the correct service and choose the best products to fit your needs.
In her words: “I’ve always been passionate about the aesthetic industry, and being able to work in a place that combines the medical field with aesthetics is incredibly rewarding. With a background in hairstyling, I’ve always enjoyed helping people become their best self. That’s why it’s so inspiring to work at Bertucci MedSpa and see people feel more confident each and every day.”
Carli is an accomplished Clinical Research Coordinator specializing in Cosmetic Dermatology. She has a passion for advancing research and enhancing patients’ confidence and well-being. Carli works closely with study patients, administrative staff, study doctors and pharmaceutical companies, playing a pivotal role in the cutting-edge clinical trials being conducted at Bertucci MedSpa.
In her words: “I have always had a passion for research! Bertucci MedSpa provides such a supportive and comforting environment, where I am able to use my research knowledge and empathy towards patients to contribute significantly to bringing innovative, safe and effective products to market. I am committed to advancing cosmetic dermatology and strive to ensure every trial is conducted with the utmost care and respect for participants!
