Meet Dr. Velykoredko

Dr. Yuliya Velykoredko is a board-certified dermatologist who joined Bertucci MedSpa in 2019 with a broad scope of practice, including medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Velykoredko completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University in the Bachelor Health Sciences Program before attending medical school at the University of Toronto. She went on to complete a 5-year dermatology residency training program at the University of Toronto, where she served as a chief resident. She is a certified Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC).

As an active staff at the University Health Network, Dr. Velykoredko is involved in the education of medical students and residents at the University of Toronto.

Under Dr. Bertucci’s mentorship at our Toronto medical spa, Dr. Velykoredko performs full face rejuvenation treatments for women and men. She is a skilled injector who combines BOTOX Cosmetic® or other neuromodulators with dermal fillers to create customized “liquid facelifts.”

Dr. Velykoredko has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Science, British Medical Journal, Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, and JAAD. She is a recipient of the prestigious American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Resident International Grant, which enabled her to complete a rotation in Botswana during her training.

Dr. Velykoredko is a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA), the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), and the Toronto Dermatologic Society. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
